Grief: Processing and Practices for the Integral Coach


As coaches, we hold space, show up for others, and may forgo creating space for ourselves to digest our life experiences, grief, and loss. In this four-week course, we will explore the benefit of balance and renewal through practices and intentions of sharing, self-care, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance. In tending to our own grief and needs individually, we can be more present and available for others. You must enroll to attend.
