Group Mentoring: Reserve your seat
Included in your Tuition
As a current student of the Coaching Mastery Program with Wisdom of the Whole, you are able to attend the 7-hour Group Mentoring course and receive 3 individual mentoring hours with one of our esteemed faculty, at no additional charge*.
Seats are also available for purchase by people not currently in the Coaching Mastery Program.
*A $75.00/hour fee will be incurred for making up missed class time.
What if I’m not ready to attend?
We offer 2-3 Mentoring courses throughout the year, so you should be able to find one that fits your schedule. See below for the upcoming dates. About one month before the course begins, you’ll be given the opportunity to change sessions. You can always email us anytime to discuss your options. If your schedule does change and you cannot attend the reserved session, please reach out to us ASAP so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist.
Why should you reserve a seat?
Group Mentoring course is offered a few times a year and has a maximum of 10 seats, meeting ICF requirements. Before reserving a seat, we ask that you confirm all four classes fit into your schedule. If you cannot attend, you are taking a spot that could go to someone else.
Space is limited
With only 10 seats available per session, the course fills quickly. If you know you can attend all classes, we recommend reserving a spot in your preferred session. Students do receive preferred placement over people purchasing the course. You’ll be notified immediately if we cannot accommodate you in the session of your choice and we will provide other options.
How the course works
Classes meet about once per month over four months See below for details. In addition to attending all classes, you will be asked to do practice outside of class. We will be setting up dyad partners but there is no set amount of coaching required. For best results, bring your coaching questions to class. Students will set three individual sessions with their instructor, in addition to regular classes, using the link provided in the LMS.
This course is not for business creation or business building.
Certification Information
10 Hours of Mentoring are required by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as part of our Level 1 program. When you attend all the classes during a Group Mentoring course, you will receive 7 hours. You will also be provided a link to schedule 3 additional 1:1 Mentor hours, for a total 10 hours. ICF does not allow make-up work which is why it’s important for you to attend all classes. If you miss a class, you will be required to purchase an individual session to make-up the hour(s) of missed time.
Nurses also benefit from taking this course by receiving Supervised Practice hours towards their Nurse Coach Certification.

Susan is an ICF and NC-BC coach, core WOW faculty, author, Integrative Imagery Specialist, and Registered Nurse with over 35 years of nursing experience. Susan served on Imagery International’s board of directors as Membership Chair and President for six years. Susan is an active member with the American Holistic Nurses Association and Imagery International. She has an active coaching, imagery and mentor practice.

Heidi is an ICF and NC-BC coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience. Since 2014, she has trained hundreds of coaches as a faculty member with Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy.
