Coach from a holistic/integral perspective as a Wisdom of the Whole® Coach

This course provides advanced tools, skills, and sensitivities based on our Wisdom of the Whole coaching model, enabling you to carefully co-create an interactive, embodied conversation that will invite and encourage growth and progress for your clients.

Topics Covered in This Course

This program will help coaches develop their coaching tools. The course covers over 20 coaching tools embedded in our integral model. A starter model for group coaching is also included in this course. Our unique perspective will allow you and your clients to look through multiple windows that facilitate deep exploration and clear and successful action.

The Advanced Tools course covers five topics: Archaic Tools, Intuitive Tools, Mythical Tools, Mental Tools, and Integral Tools. Each live 2-hour teleclass will cover 1-2 topics over eight weeks. Students are allowed three months from the course start date to complete the assignments (videos, quizzes, and Dyad sessions).

Course Information

Location: 8 weekly 2-hour video conference classes. Login from your computer/tablet or call in from anywhere. Faculty: To Be Determined. Approval Information: 30 nurse contact hours*, 15 ICF contact hours as part of Level 1 program**, and 15 NBHWC coach training hours.*** Online Coursework: Online Coursework is accessible up to a month before the course start date.

Learning Outcome: 100% of learners will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 advanced coaching tools that can be integrated into their coaching practice.

Program requirements: Students must be 8 years of age or older to register. Classes are offered in English.

Completion Requirements:
Participants are required to attend all of the video classes and complete online quizzes, assignments, and the course evaluation within 3-months from the course start date.

Approval for contact hours through the American Holistic Nurses Association is based on an assessment of the educational merit of this program and does not constitute endorsement of the use of any specific modality in the care of clients.

** The Advanced Tools course is a portion of our International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 program. The Level 1 program includes the 30-hour Core Competency (30 ICF contact hours), Practicum (15 ICF contact hours), and Mentor Coaching (10 hours). ***The Advanced Tools course is a portion of our Approved Health and Wellness Coach Training & Education Program by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). The Approved Health and Wellness Coach Training & Education Program also includes 30-hour Core Competency (30 NBHWC coach training hours), Practicum (15 NBHWC coach training hours), and Healthy Lifestyle Basics (15 NBHWC coach training hours).
